Background
Since 1989, Words at Work, International has helped
organizations create significant value, and mitigate potential loss, from
their information and data management systems. We achieve this through
a comprehensive approach that includes assessing the organization's process
of generating and articulating information; developing templates for core
documents that are accessible to a range of users; conducting seminars
through electronic and traditional means; and establishing internal oversight
boards. To insure the integrity and viability of the information, we also
provide traditional writing and editing services rooted in our findings
about reader responsiveness, unintentional sub-text, and language as a
vehicle for universal learning. A woman owned business, WAW is certified
as a Very Small Business (VSB) and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise
(DBE) and has won acclaim for our innovative and successful methods from
The Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, Success Magazine,
and Miami Herald, among others, and were featured in Tom Peters'
book, Liberation Management.
